We are proud to announce that our custom Studio is completed and has had a busy start to the season: the studio is 30 x 15 x 7m, has direct 3 phase 100 amps per phase power so you dont even need a generator.

Union Pictures is one of the leading animal training companies in South Africa. We have been supplying trained wild, exotic and domestic animals to the film and television industry since We are members of both the Animal Keepers Association of Africa and Paazab. We currently offer 4 trained working cheetah, ostriches, zebra, baboon, fallow deer, meerkats, storks, snakes, a rock monitor, eland, springbok, lynx and the full farmyard menagerie from peacocks, to turkeys, goats, donkeys, mules, roosters and chickens, ducks, sheep, geese, horses and pigs to name but a few. We also have access to lions, tigers, leopards, camels, llamas and all species of birds and reptiles. If we don’t have the animal you are looking for, we will find it for you. Luke Cornell owns and lives on the farm with his family, and is supported by trainers of immense experience and talent. Union Pictures has great working relationships with both the Conservation Authorities as well as the Welfare Inspectors. Our animals are all on permit and our trainers are all licensed. We are able to look at a story board or feature script and offer you a breakdown of timings and costs. We have our own support logistics for transporting and holding animals on any location. With Union Pictures, everything to do with the animal is catered for. We have our own holding and training area just outside Cape Town, we do our own transporting. We can supply camera safety cages, fencing, all animal related props, and always have vets on sets with us when necessary. We have a great working relationship with the Conservation Authorities as well as the Animal Welfare Associations. We are registered members of the Animal Keepers Association of Africa as well as being registered with PAAZAB and will arrange all permits required for working with the animals. We also have a good relationship with other trainers nationally and internationally, so if we do not have the correct animal for the job we will source it for you. As our CV will attest, we have supplied, handled and trained an incredibly diverse menagerie in our 26 years in the industry.
